Marker Trax taps financial industry veteran as new CFO
LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas-based digital casino marker innovator Marker Trax has hired Chad J. Cutcliff, CPA, as the company’s new chief financial officer.
As the company’s overall upward trajectory increases amid continued successful product rollouts at more casinos throughout the country, Cutcliff will play a key role in developing financial strategies and influencing Marker Trax’ creative growth.
Cutcliff’s 25-year career has been one of driving company value, focusing on both revenue and earnings growth. More than just financial acumen and accomplishment, he also brings a strong professional background in human resources, legal, and facilities operations management. He has served in executive and financial leadership roles for organizations including global financial solutions giant Pershing, LLC, and financial technology platform Scivantage, Inc.
Marker Trax Chief Operating Officer Charlie Skinner said Cutcliff will be an invaluable part of the company’s continued success.
“Chad has already had a remarkable and distinguished career, from his start at Arthur Andersen, to his most recent financial leadership role at CircleBlack, Inc.,” Skinner said. “His extensive experience in system conversions, cash management, and private equity relationships complements our vision of taking the next step in our evolution and growth.”
Cutcliff said he’s excited to join the team and motivated to make a difference.
“I already see how well this team works together, and how united everyone is in growing Marker Trax to be the sector leader in digital payment solutions,” he said. “I’m confident my knowledge, experience and drive will only add to an already successful environment.”
Marker Trax’ innovative technology addresses business-to-business and business-to-consumer priorities in peerless fashion. Integrating with existing infrastructure, it provides instant digital casino marker funds to casino customers. The technology ensures those funds stay on-site and are paid, greatly reducing operator risk. Simultaneously, players benefit from a seamless, convenient approval process and revolutionary digital funding and payment mechanisms.
The addition of Cutcliff follows last month’s hiring of Jason Yeghiayan, the company’s new director of product development and integration.
In March, Marker Trax entered into an investment partnership with global fintech company Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). In April, it demonstrated its full mobile app integration capabilities at the National Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention (NIGA).
Marker Trax continues to increase its partner roster in Las Vegas and throughout the United States, with its technology also powering digital, seamless advances in player programs at tribal properties, resorts in Nevada, and nationwide.
