
(Las Vegas, Nev. – July 8, 2025) —The Mayor’s Fund for Las Vegas LIFE (Mayor’s Fund), a vehicle for the private sector to support key city initiatives that improve quality of life for City of Las Vegas residents with particular focus on vulnerable populations, announces the appointment of Art Zargaryan to its board of directors.
Zargaryan is CEO and Owner of Pegasus Development, a boutique project management firm he founded in 2017 in Las Vegas. Under Zargaryan’s leadership, Pegasus has led the development of a distinguished portfolio of real estate and entertainment projects across the United States, including many in Las Vegas. The firm has become a trusted partner for immersive experiences and commercial developments that harmonize creative vision with disciplined execution. Pegasus Development has overseen over 5.5 million square feet of development, with a total construction value exceeding $4.2 billion.
Born in Armenia and raised in California, Zargaryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Architecture at Woodbury University in Southern California, where he developed a foundation in both creative and business disciplines. Zargaryan is an active member of the Las Vegas Executives Association (LVEA), a professional network of business leaders across the city, and mentors rising professionals in the field.
