
LAS VEGAS, NEV. (June 26, 2026) – Today, the Mayor’s Fund for Las Vegas LIFE, an independent nonprofit organization that supports City of Las Vegas quality-of-life programs, announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Asha Jones, director of development for Boyd Gaming Corporation; and Josh Kellman, founder of Voicebox.
“We are pleased to welcome Asha and Josh to the Mayor’s Fund board,” said Sallie Doebler, CEO of the Mayor’s Fund. “Both bring extensive leadership experience, strong community connections and a shared commitment to creating opportunities that strengthen Las Vegas and improve the lives of our citizens.”
Jones serves as director of development for Boyd Gaming Corp. where she helps advance the company’s strategic growth, real estate development and community engagement initiatives. With more than 20 years’ experience in government affairs, economic development and public policy, she has built a career fostering public-private partnerships that drive investment, job creation and community prosperity. She previously served as vice president of corporate affairs with Brightline West, chief of staff to U.S. Congressman Steven Horsford and senior advisory positions with former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley during her tenure in the U.S. Congress. A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, workforce development and expanding economic opportunity, Jones also serves on the boards of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District and Nevada GrantLab.
Kellman is the founder of Voicebox, a strategic consulting firm that helps growth-stage businesses improve operations and scale effectively. A Las Vegas entrepreneur and civic leader, he brings more than 25 years of enterprise product management experience, including work with Apple, Toyota, Microsoft and Edwards Lifesciences. As board president of 18b The Las Vegas Arts District, Kellman has led significant governance and programming initiatives that support the district’s long-term vision. He also serves on the advisory boards of the Tyler Robinson Foundation and Forever One Memorial. He is a strong advocate for efforts that strengthen Las Vegas’ economic and cultural vitality – priorities that align directly with the Mayor’s Fund’s mission.
