MDL Group Represents Largest Land Auction in Nye County in More Than Two Decades via RI Marketplace’s Auction Platform

Las Vegas, NV – MDL Group’s Michael Campbell, Michael Greene, Luke Ramous and Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM have listed over 540 acres of land in Pahrump for sale via RI Marketplace’s auction platform. This auction is the largest of its kind in Nye County Nevada in more than twenty years. The parcels vary in size from ±1.24 acres to ±400 acres and each site includes enough acre feet of water rights to sufficiently meet zoning requirements for the county. The auctions went live on March 15 and will be active until opening bid day of April 30th. Bidding will close May 2nd.

These 10 sites are zoned for residential and commercial uses although zoning is flexible. The water rights that are attached to each parcel are an extreme value- add as all available water rights for the county have already been allocated by the state and the only way to acquire them is to purchase from a third party.  The details of each auction/parcel are as follows:
