Southwest Medical, part of Optum, is bringing its Medicine on the Move mobile medical center to Northern Nevada. Bringing care directly to neighborhoods, Medicine on the Move offers health care services for all ages, including:
§ Annual wellness visits
§ Immunizations (shots)
§ Lab tests
§ Mammograms
Services are open to the general public and offered free for Optum Care Network – Nevada members. Upon completing their qualifying annual health screenings, members will receive a $50 gift card if eligible.
Appointments are preferred but most walk-ins can be accommodated. Call 1-800-609-3812 for an appointment and more information. Patients will need photo identification and insurance at time of visit.
