Metcalf Builders, a Nevada-based general contractor, announced today the completion of the Valage Senior Living Carson Valley project. The new community marks a transformative milestone for senior living in N. Nevada.The 79,829-square-foot project is situated on approximately 4 acres in the Carson Valley area. The two-story, wood-framed building features 88 units with a total of 92 beds. It includes a full-sized kitchen, dining areas, interior and exterior courtyards, an arbor, planters and a wellness center for the assisted living and memory care community.

This senior living project is valued at approximately $25 million and owned by Valage Minden, LLC.
