This $43 million mixed-income housing development in the Historic Westside of Las Vegas will include 138 residential units and multiple community amenities. Construction is expected to begin in January 2026 with an estimated completion in fall of 2027.
The Marble Manor Redevelopment is being led by Brinshore Development in partnership with the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) as part of a collaborative effort to expand affordable housing, stabilize rent-burdened neighborhoods and increase long-term economic mobility for Southern Nevada families.
