(LAS VEGAS) – More prizes have been added to Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada’s grown-up version of Willy Wonka’s Golden Ticket, making the winner-take-all prize of the Golden Ticket Raffle even more of a bargain. For just $100, one lucky person will receive a variety of sports, vacation and entertainment packages and other items now valued at more than $14,000.
The new prizes include two Learn To Fly flight certificates each for two people at Vegas Indoor Skydiving, a night out at the Hakkasan Nightclub for a select number of people, a voucher for two tickets to the OPM show at the Cosmopolitan, and a King Serta mattress with delivery and set-up from Best Mattress.
The other grand prize items are: a Top Golf outing for 12 people, including two hours of play, food and non-alcoholic beverages; a Wynn Resorts two-night stay, including a Casa Playa dinner for two and two 50-minute classic custom massages; a seven day/six-night stay at Kahana Beach Resort in Maui, Hawaii; vacation package from Caesars Entertainment and one in Newport Beach, Calif.; 20 tickets in a suite for a Las Vegas Aviators baseball game on July 30, 2023; a family pack of tickets of four tickets to the remaining 12 Las Vegas Aviators games of the 2023 season; a $500 gift certificate at TNT Pawn & Jewelry; and two Southwest Airlines tickets to anywhere in the continental United States.
Tickets are now on sale and will be sold through midnight on June 29. The drawing will be Friday, June 30, 2023.
Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada created the Golden Ticket Raffle last year with six winners and six packages. The successful program helped raise needed funds for the nonprofit organization’s invaluable financial education, workforce development and entrepreneurship programs for local K-12 students. This year’s prize is worth more than any of the six 2022 packages, and items still may be added.
