NAI Alliance Announces Two Promotions
(Reno, NV) – NAI Alliance, a full-service commercial real estate company, announced two promotions this week. Tony Machabee, CCIM has been promoted from senior associate to senior director. Derek Carroll has been promoted from associate to director.
“I’m very proud of our industrial team and the promotions of Tony and Derek are so well deserved,” said Brian Armon, senior vice president and principal. “They are major contributors to our office and the Reno marketplace.”
Machabee, a retired colonel who served his country for three decades in the Air Force, was born and raised in Reno and is a third-generation Nevadan. His family has deep roots in the local business community, and the transition to commercial real estate was a natural one.
“I think the activity in Northern Nevada right now is really exciting,” he said. “It’s a unique area for warehousing, distribution and manufacturing. I see a lot of growth and development coming to Northern Nevada and I want to be a part of it.”
Carroll has nearly a decade in the commercial real estate business. He came to Reno to study finance at the University of Nevada and has made his home here ever since. He is currently the president of a local Business Network International chapter and says he’s excited to see what the market has to offer in the coming months and years.
