LAS VEGAS – NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has named its Southern Nevada chapter as the 2024 large-chapter winner of its Chapter Merit Awards.
NAIOP Southern Nevada earned Chapter of the Year honors for the third straight year and four of the past five years. The local chapter distinguished itself through well-attended events, effective legislative advocacy for commercial real estate issues throughout Southern Nevada, strong membership retention and recruitment, and expanded educational programs. Its leaders worked collaboratively to meet both immediate and long-term organizational goals.
