NAIOP Southern Nevada presents “Henderson Commercial Real Estate, of course” at its July 20 breakfast. Henderson Mayor Michelle Romero, Laurie Norkus, a broker with NewMarket Commercial Real Estate Advisors, and Neil Sansone, a principal of Sansone Companies, will provide an update on Henderson’s thriving commercial real estate market. Henderson has a growing and diverse range of opportunities, including office, retail and industrial space. Bruce Follmer, president and broker of Michaels Follmer Real Estate, will moderate the panel. The breakfast sponsor is NV Energy.
Also at the breakfast, NAIOP Southern Nevada’s community service committee is supporting local nonprofit Communities in Schools by collecting gently used business attire and monetary donations for college application fees to help graduating seniors.
