LAS VEGAS – NAIOP Southern Nevada, an organization representing commercial real estate developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate, will present its 2024 “NAIOPOLY” Bus Tour on Nov. 14 at the Orleans Hotel & Casino. Inspired by the classic board game, this innovative virtual experience promises to be a game-changer for those looking to stay ahead of the curve in Southern Nevada’s dynamic commercial real estate market.
Instead of boarding buses as they did in past years, attendees will pass go and be virtually transported through four sponsored zones, each spotlighting a different segment of Southern Nevada. As participants navigate these zones, they’ll enjoy video flyovers of the region’s newest office, industrial and retail developments, giving them a bird’s-eye view of the area’s growth and potential.
Seasoned commercial real estate experts will serve as tour guides on this virtual journey. These guides will provide live commentary, offering valuable market insights and answering questions in real time. As attendees “ride” through the zones, they’ll gain a deeper understanding of the trends shaping Southern Nevada’s commercial landscape.
Attendees can also visit an exhibit hall for a chance to win door prizes presented by each of the live exhibitors.
