Naqvi Injury Law continued its commitment to giving back by supporting two local events this past weekend: Pizza for a Purpose and the Tacos & Tamales Festival.
The firm partnered with The Ability Center of Southern Nevada and Brooklyn’s Best Pizza & Pasta for Pizza for a Purpose to celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. Individuals with special needs and their families spent the day making pizza, dancing and celebrating the local community.
The Tacos & Tamales Festival celebrated Latin cuisine and culture with local vendors, live entertainment, and tasty tacos and tamales. Thousands attended the annual outdoor festival featuring food, music and entertainment. Attendee also enjoyed the Art Battle, sponsored by Naqvi Injury Law, where local artists competed for a grand prize and bragging rights.
“Las Vegas thrives on community and culture, and events like Tacos & Tamales and Pizza for a Purpose unite people through food and shared experiences,” said Farhan Naqvi, founder of Naqvi Injury Law. “We’re honored to support these events and create lasting memories for families in Southern Nevada.”
The firm’s booth at Tacos & Tamales offered custom branded merchandise, games and glass seats for an upcoming Vegas Golden Knights game. Naqvi Injury Law is an official partner of both the Golden Knights and the Las Vegas Raiders.
“We got to enjoy the best pizza in Las Vegas while supporting the Ability Center of Southern Nevada,” said Naqvi. Brooklyn’s Best donated 50% of proceeds to The Ability Center, which empowers people with special needs through adaptive fitness programs.
Naqvi Injury Law’s support of last weekend’s events reflects its broader mission, having donated over $1 million to local nonprofits. “Our goal is to uplift and support Southern Nevada in every way possible,” said Naqvi. “Reaching $1 million is just the start. We’ll keep supporting events and organizations that strengthen our community.”
