To be selected for the Best Law Firms list, a firm must first have at least one attorney recognized in the current edition of Best Lawyers. Both co-managing partners John Naylor and Jennifer Braster were named to the 2025 Best Lawyers list. Firms then undergo a multi-step process involving client and peer reviews, as well as an analysis of firmographic data, to determine their ranking.
Naylor has practiced law for more than 37 years. A former U.S. Air Force judge advocate, he has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, focusing on construction matters. He has been recognized in top legal programs, including Nevada Business Magazine’s “Top Rank Attorneys” and Super Lawyers Mountain States edition for more than a decade. Naylor has also provided pro bono legal services to military members, working with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office of Military Legal Assistance.
Braster began practicing in 2006 and focuses on commercial litigation, consumer finance law, appellate law and animal law. She has been recognized locally and nationally in publications such as Nevada Business Magazine’s “Top Rank Attorneys”. In this year’s Super Lawyers, she was named among the Top 50 Women and Top 100 attorneys in the Mountain States.
