LAS VEGAS – Naylor & Braster, Attorneys at Law, is expanding its team with the addition of Law Clerk Kelly Scarborough. Scarborough attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and graduated in May with her Juris Doctor, concentrating in business and commercial law.
“Kelly’s passion for law and impressive background makes her a great fit for our firm,” said Jennifer Braster, co-managing partner and co-founder of Naylor & Braster. “Her skillset will be a great addition to our team and continued development.”
As a law clerk, Scarborough’s responsibilities at Naylor & Braster include legal research, drafting and assisting with litigation matters. Scarborough previously served as a law clerk for American Homes 4 Rent and WynnBET during her time in law school.
“Within just a month of joining the team, I’ve already gained invaluable insight into the operations of a law firm and had multiple opportunities to attend court,” said Scarborough. “There’s no better opportunity for learning than hands-on experience.”
Prior to starting her legal career, Scarborough earned her bachelor’s in accounting from The Ohio State University in 2019 and was a revenue accountant for ExxonMobil. She also spent a year volunteering with AmeriCorps in Texas, teaching volunteers natural disaster recovery efforts and how to rebuild houses.
