LAS VEGAS (October 21, 2022) – Uninsured or seeking new health insurance coverage for the upcoming calendar year? Nevada Health Link is kicking off the 2023 Open Enrollment Period on Tuesday, November 1 with a Community Health Fair at the Southern Nevada Health District from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a unique opportunity for Nevadans to meet directly with some of Nevada Health Link’s on-Exchange private health insurance carriers. This is one of the only times Nevadans will be able to meet with carriers all at the same time and place.
Nevadans are invited and encouraged to meet the health insurance carriers that are offering plans through Nevada Health Link, as well as gain access to other health-related resources available in the community. Enrolling in one of these plans through NevadaHealthLink.com is the only way to access federal subsidies to lower the cost of premiums.

Open Enrollment Period for Plan Year 2023 runs from November 1, 2022 through January 15, 2023. Those who enroll by 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2022, will have health insurance coverage effective January 1, 2023; those who enroll between January 1 and January 15 will have coverage effective February 1, 2023.
The Southern Nevada Community Health Fair is an opportunity for Nevadans to learn more and find the right health plan for the upcoming Plan Year. The event will be hosted from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at the Southern Nevada Health District in the Red Rock Conference Room at 280 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107.
