The Nevada System of Higher Education Board of Regents voted with unanimous consent to appoint Patricia “Patty” Charlton as interim chancellor. The appointment came during a Board of Regents Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Charlton will serve as interim chancellor beginning September 4.
