LAS VEGAS – This Thanksgiving weekend, the Zero Coalition is pledging $2,000 towards free Lyft ride credits to help increase efforts in eliminating impaired driving fatalities on Nevada’s roadways.
Beginning at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, the Zero Coalition will offer $5 off one Lyft ride to the first 400 new and existing users through 4 a.m. on Sunday, December 1. The limited-time offer can be accessed within the Lyft mobile app with code TURKEY24, while supplies last.
“This year, we have already seen 335 roadway fatalities in Nevada. Death on our roadways is unacceptable and it’s heartbreaking knowing that there are hundreds of people who won’t have Thanksgiving dinner with loved ones ever again,” said Zero Fatalities Program Manager, Anita Pepper. “The Zero Coalition is encouraging Nevadans to celebrate the holiday safely and responsibly. It is imperative Nevadans choose to always drive sober because lives are on the line.”
