Residential real estate agents in Nevada know, better than most, that the last several years have posed a variety of challenges to their industry. Going from an unsustainable boom economy to a market that adds another dimension to the word drought, real estate agents have been on a roller coaster ride. However, as the economy experiences an upswing, so too does the residential market in Nevada. The following pages showcase some of Nevada’s 2014 Top Residential Realtors.
For this issue, real estate agents were asked to submit information relating to their transactions in 2014. Those that submitted were considered based on their deal volume for that year. The final list represents only the very top producers and a small percentage of those that submitted. For the purposes of this list, deal volume is defined as the total dollar amount of all transactions for 2014 after splitting with any team members but before a professional firm takes a share.
These real estate agents represent the elite in Nevada and are included for their outstanding year of home sales. Congratulations to the professionals presented in the following pages.
