Nigro Construction is set to break ground on the “Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott” at N Lamb and Nexus Way, a new four-story hotel in North Las Vegas that will further elevate the region’s rapidly expanding hospitality sector. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on June 4, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The 60,973-square-foot hotel is scheduled for completion in September 2026.
“Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott” at N Lamb and Nexus Way will feature 117 modern guest rooms, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and cutting-edge energy-efficient systems designed to reduce the hotel’s environmental impact. With a focus on sustainability, the hotel will offer a comfortable and eco-friendly destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Conveniently located across from TownePlace Suites by Marriott®, another successful Nigro Construction project, the Fairfield at Nexus underscores the company’s continued commitment to North Las Vegas’ growth.
