NV Capital Corp., a leading Las Vegas-based private lending firm, announced its funding for a state-of-the-art home designed by Blue Heron, Las Vegas’ foremost architecture, build, and interior design firm.
NV Capital Corp. is funding a 32 percent loan-to-value first deed trust on an 8,258-square-foot custom home from Blue Heron. It is the first trust deed to be used on this type of land, with funding happening immediately. The loaned funds will be used to construct Clarius on .47 acres of vacant residential land at 607 Alpine Summit Drive in The Peak, a new community in MacDonald Highlands showcasing remarkable Las Vegas Strip and mountain views.
NV Capital Corp. Chief Investment Officer Troy Freeman said the company funded just over $4.75 million for the Blue Heron project, which is currently in the pre-development phase.
