LAS VEGAS — April 16, 2025— Palm Mortuaries and Cemeteries have officially begun construction with the help of Kalb Industries on the expansion of their Eastern location, introducing the Skyview Chapel Mausoleum and ‘Celebration of Life’ Event Center. This new addition will provide a modern, peaceful space for families to honor their loved ones.
The Skyview Chapel Mausoleum will feature 812 glass-front niches options ranging in many sizes corner and curved glass options. In addition, it will also have 240 marble front niche options, offering a lasting view that can easily be seen by visitors. Skyview will be able to accommodate 396 casket entombments including single crypt, tandem crypt, singe couch crypt and double couch crypt options. A designated service area within the building will provide an intimate setting for reflection and remembrance.
The event center will be a 10,850-square-foot building to include a multi-use event space that will accommodate up to 160 seated guests, caterers prep area, and an outdoor courtyard area, providing families with a warm and welcoming space. The multi-use event space is expected to be a highly popular option for families that want to celebrate their loved one through audio/video remembrances, spoken words, and the enjoyment of some of their favorite dishes.
