Paris Reynolds recently earned her provisional CAM license with CAMCO Nevada.
In her new role, Reynolds, who had been on CAMCO’s administrative staff, will help oversee communities.
“I encouraged Paris to take the test and go for her provisional manager certification, but she didn’t need much pushing,” Director of Training and Certified Community Manager Victoria De Santiago said. “From the start, it was clear she was motivated and wanted to grow in real estate, she just needed to figure out which part of the industry she liked best.”
De Santiago added that Reynolds will apply previous property management experience on a communitywide scale in her new role.
“Her practical insight, combined with her personality to be able to adapt to situations and her dedication, positions her to be an exceptionally effective manager,” De Santiago said. “Paris’ eagerness to grow, her openness to learning, and her willingness to explore a variety of management styles makes her a powerful addition to CAMCO. … Her adaptability and drive will directly strengthen our operations and support CAMCO’s continued commitment to excellence.”
