Matt Baca has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial loan officer, based in Reno. Matt, who first joined Plumas Bank in 2015 works closely with businesses in Northern Nevada and Truckee. Over his tenure at Plumas Bank, Matt has implemented lending strategies and collaborated with business development, branch leadership, and fellow loan officers to create opportunities for growth and success in the region.

Stacy Kendall has been named senior vice president, marketing and community impact. Since joining Plumas Bank, Stacy has successfully built and led the bank’s marketing, public relations and corporate communications teams. She has redefined the bank’s brand and helped position Plumas Bank for future growth. Most recently, Stacy spearheaded the refresh of the bank’s mission, vision and values, aligning the bank’s identity with its long-term strategic goals.

Ryan Riggan has been promoted to senior vice president, SBA credit manager. Ryan has been with the bank since 2016 and is instrumental in managing the bank’s underwriting and servicing areas. He has updated the bank with government-guaranteed credit policy and expanded the use of technology, which has contributed to the bank’s enhanced efficiency in these areas.

Amber Fox has been promoted to vice president, credit manager. Since establishing and managing the Credit Analysis Department in 2023, Amber has played a key role in strengthening the bank’s commercial loan underwriting function, helping to enhance the bank’s credit process and overall lending capabilities.

Cinderella Bolante has been promoted to assistant vice president, credit analyst. Cinderella joined Plumas Bank in 2023 as the first credit analyst in the new Credit Analysis Department to support the Commercial Lending Team.
