“Servi” is now on the team at Rachel’s Kitchen at The District at Green Valley Ranch. The award-winning eatery, known for wholesome food and delicious recipes, has added “Servi” to its customer service staff. “As our valley gets back to normal in the wake of COVID-19 one of the biggest difficulties has been securing enough dedicated team members,” says Rachel’s Kitchen founder, Debbie Roxarzade. ”We decided to once again take the lead in casual dining and bring technology to The District location to help bridge the gap of service.”
“Servi” stands about four-feet tall and delivers food to awaiting customers seated at tables inside. Roxarzade says “It’s been fun to see the reaction of customers, especially our faithful fans. They get their cameras ready to take pictures of “Servi” on her way to their table. It’s fun, efficient, and “Servi” is helping us keep up the pace right now.”
Of course, “Servi” cannot replace the amazing team members at the eight locations, but she helps Rachel’s Kitchen dedicate one more employee to creating meals, taking orders, and preparing To Go or Catering selections at The District location.
