Who in your Life has been Instrumental to your Success?
Alissa Nourse has been a mentor for the past seven years and has recently stepped in as our interim COO. She has helped me deepen my leadership skills and execute strategic decisions which has been highly advantageous through this time of momentous growth for the company.
What do you want your Legacy to be?
That I improved people’s lives by manufacturing products that help them feel better and perform at their best. We use cutting-edge textile technology that enables us to create products that improve the end user’s performance and comfort.
What are you Looking Forward to Coming in the Next Few Months?
Producing masks with HeiQ V-block technology. The HeiQ treatment is antimicrobial and highly effective at killing a variety of pathogens in our current environment.

What is the Best Moment of your Career?
There have been a few high points but more recently I’d say seeing MLB Player (and Las Vegas native) Bryce Harper wear the Philly Phanatic headband I designed and have it turn into the phenomenon for 2019 fan gear.
If you Could have Dinner with any Fictional Character, who would it be with and what would you have?
Neytiri and Jake from Avatar. I don’t care what we eat so long as we are on Pandora.
What Career Advice would you give to your Teenage Self?
I wouldn’t change anything about my own path but when speaking to teenagers today, I advise them to do what they love, be resourceful, flexible, add value everywhere possible and be tenacious.
What is your Motto?
Follow your gut and do what you love. When I was in the Army, I learned that life can be short and it really influenced me to live by those words.
What is your Favorite Thing about Living in Nevada?
The proximity to the mountains and Lake Tahoe. We love hiking, snow sports, boating, paddle boarding, biking, camping and pretty much all the mountains and lakes have to offer here.
