RENO, Nev. (July 12, 2022) – Reno Type, a direct mail and printing services company, is expanding its physical footprint in Reno Type and has occupied adjoining office space at its Rock Boulevard location. The company now occupies 1020 S. Rock Boulevard Ste. C and Ste. D, giving the company 8.000 square feet within which its printing operations will expand.
“With supply chain challenges, our clients have shifted from ‘buy what you need just in time’ to ‘buy extra, just in case,” said Kurt Hoge, president of Reno Type. “The additional space allows us to store that ‘extra,’ and gives our growing team the room they need.”
The expanded space includes new offices for team members, a number that doubled in October of 2021 after Reno Type acquired ownership of CDMS, a full-service logistics, document management and promotional products distributor. The additional square footage was also needed to make room for two additional pieces of equipment: a high-speed envelope press and a production black and white digital press.
“It’s important that our team have the resources they need to perform well,” said Hoge. “This means a healthy salary, comprehensive healthcare benefits and work/life balance. It also means a state-of the art facility conducive to teamwork and efficiency. The additional space does just that.”
Reno Type manages accounts in the healthcare, banking, education and gaming industries. In addition to those for-profit enterprises, Reno Type provides marketing communication services at a discounted rate to the area’s many non-profit organizations.
