Reno Public Market (RPM) is excited to announce their events for the month of May. Patrons are invited to participate in DJ Trivia Nights, Yoga and Pilates classes, music from local musicians, and a whole lot more. Find more information about the events at RPM below.
Chef Throwdown
Join us for the largest culinary competition this side of the Sierra. RPM’s talented chefs are throwing down each month with a cooking competition that’s sure to get your taste buds excited. This month’s Chef Throwdown is happening on Thursday, May 4 starting at 5:30 p.m. on the Live at Faye’s stage.
Cinco de Mayo — Musical Performance from Drinking with Clowns + Latin Social with The Reno Empire & Sierra Events Group
Come on down to RPM on Friday, May 5 for a jam-packed Cinco de Mayo celebration. The Reno Empire dance studio will be hosting a Latin Dance Night, followed by a social with a performance from the Drinking with Clowns band. The Honey Bar will be serving $5 margaritas all day and will have a special Margarita Menu all weekend long, so grab a drink, listen to some local music, and dance the night away.
Gospel Brunch with Cliff Porter and Friends
Please join us at RPM for a delicious Sunday Brunch with a musical twist. Local artist Cliff Porter and Friends will be jamming out on the Live at Faye’s stage while attendees enjoy some fine eats from the RPM Food Hall. Festivities are happening on Sunday, May 7 starting at noon.
Mother’s Day at Reno Public Market
Reno Public Market invites you to celebrate this year’s Mother’s Day with fun drinks and flowers. On Sunday, May 14, come and enjoy a flower arranging workshop at RPM hosted by the Wyld Market + Petals and Pages. The Honey Bar will also be giving out one free mimosa to each mother that comes to RPM on Mother’s Day.
Pop-Up Mat Pilates Class with Sunday Pilates
A free community pop-up mat pilates class will be hosted by Sunday Pilates on Saturday, May 20 starting at 10 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to invite friends, bring their own mats and come down to jump start the Sunday with some movement.
Bachata Brunch
Spice up your Sunday brunch plans with Bachata Brunch brought to you by The Reno Empire and Sierra Event Group on Sunday, May 21 starting at noon. Attendees can participate in a free community dance lesson, latin beats and an open social dance and some of the best brunch in town.
DJ Trivia Nights
Every Thursday night, grab your crew and get ready for DJ Trivia at RPM! DJ Trivia Sierra Nevada will be hosting the events from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Participants can order some great food, drinks, and get ready for a fun trivia battle. Those attending should come early to get some good seats as they are first come, first serve. There will be prizes for the top teams. DJ Trivia Nights are happening on the following dates:

Music Performances at Live at Faye’s
Musicians will be taking the stage at Live at Faye’s inside Reno Public Market every week in May. It’s the perfect time to grab a bite to eat, a drink, and enjoy some tunes with family and friends. Here is a list of musicians and dates of upcoming May performances:

Singer-Songwriters Night
On Wednesday, May 31 from 6 p.m to 9 p.m., grab a bite to eat, a good drink, and enjoy the sounds of local artists Liam Kyle and Kasey Christensen on RPM’s Singer-Songwriters Night. The action will be taking place on the Live at Faye’s stage.
DJ Nights

Sunday Morning Yoga with Honey
