High Steaks Vegas Debuts Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu for Two
High Steaks Vegas, led by acclaimed local chef James Trees, will offer an elevated tasting menu designed for couples seeking a decadent dining experience. The evening begins with a Champagne greeting and the restaurant’s signature Bread & Butter service.
The first course features a refined take on Steak & Eggs with Wild Game Tartare, Ossetra Caviar and Brioche. Guests will then enjoy a Seared Tuna Niçoise Salad with quail egg, green beans, tomato, Niçoise olives and confit potato. French Onion Croquettes filled with prime rib, caramelized onions and Gruyère complete the early courses.
For the main course, guests will be served a Wagyu Short Rib Wellington with wild mushrooms, puff pastry and Sauce Périgord, paired with glazed green beans. The experience concludes with a signature High Steaks Vegas dessert.
The Valentine’s Day Celebration has limited availability on Feb. 13 & 15 for $300 per couple, plus tax and gratuity. Feb. 14 is currently fully committed.
