WISE Las Vegas proudly announces the 3rd Annual Women of Inspiration Award Ceremony, set to take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM PT at T-Mobile Arena.
This signature event celebrates and honors female senior leaders in the sports and events industry who are breaking barriers, championing equity, and shaping the future. The Women of Inspiration Awards recognize these trailblazing women who embody the WISE Las Vegas mission—serving as role models, mentors, and changemakers within their communities and professions.

In 2024, WISE Las Vegas honored Sandra Douglass Morgan, President, Las Vegas Raiders; Jan Jones Blackhurst, Executive Director UNLV Black Fire Leadership Initiative /Board Member of Caesars Entertainment; Lisa Motley, VP of Sports & Special Events, LVCVA; Lauren O’Brien, Director of Global Games, Aristocrat; Stephanie Barrett, CEO and Founder, HER Competitive Advantage and the Las Vegas Aces Organization each recognized for their outstanding leadership, achievements, and commitment to advancing women in sports and events.
