Sierra Nevada REALTORS® (SNR) is pleased to announce the members of the 2025 Sierra Nevada REALTORS® Board, serving Carson City and six counties including: Churchill, Douglas, Lyon and Washoe (excluding Incline Village). This year’s board consists of 20 members, including 13 returning and welcoming seven newly elected executives.
“SNR’s 2025 board of directors is made up of 20 professionals coming from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience in the real estate industry, in which I am confident will each contribute to supporting the evolving landscape and upholding the highest standards of our profession,” said Leandra Carr, president of Sierra Nevada REALTORS®. “We look forward to supporting our members across the region and providing guidance to all our clients to empower them to make informed decisions when buying and selling their homes.”

Leandra Carr, President
With over two decades in real estate, Carr previously served as the comstock director for SNR and is actively involved with the Lyon County Board of Equalization. Her leadership extends across various organizations, including serving as secretary for the AYSO Board and Silver Springs Advisory Board, treasurer of a political group and president of a home owners association (HOA). A 2019 recipient of the Sally Young Award from the Nevada Realtors Leadership Academy, she also participated in the inaugural Leadership Alumni Service Project of house-building in Mexico in 2022.
Garrett Lepire, President-Elect
SNR’s 2025 president-elect, Lepire obtained his real estate license at 18 years old, just a month before graduating from Carson High School. Now, with over 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada, he takes pride in helping clients achieve financial security and build generational wealth for their families.
Chris Raynor, First Vice-President
Raynor is the managing broker for eXp Realty in Northern Nevada. With a passion for real estate advocacy and ethics, he has served on the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® (RSAR) grievance committee and as a member of the board of directors. He most recently took on the role of chairman for the Government Affairs Committee at SNR.
Jena Lanini, Treasurer
In addition to treasurer, Lanini served as one of the four 2024 SNR Washoe directors. Since 2021, she has been an active member of SNR’s Government Affairs Committee and Political Action Committees, where she currently holds the position of vice chair. Last year, she joined the Nevada REALTORS® (NVR) Legislative Committee and Nevada REALTORS® Political Action Committee (NV RPAC), and this year she is excited to take on the role of RPAC chair for Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) northern Nevada. Her involvement with SNR and NVR has proven the significant impact that REALTORS® can have on the local communities.
