LAS VEGAS – Signs of HOPE (Healing, Options, Prevention and Education), a nonprofit dedicated to offering hope, help and healing to those affected by sexual violence and exploitation, is pleased to announce a $50,000 donation from Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. The funds will be used to support the Signs of HOPE’s crisis and long-term case management services for victims and survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking. Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix made a $50,000 donation to Signs of HOPE last year, bringing total support from Las Vegas Grand Prix to the nonprofit to $100,000.
According to Kim Small, CEO of Signs of HOPE, in addition to the financial support, Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix organizers will once again display a flyer (click here for pdf) with Signs of HOPE’s sexual assault 24/7 hotline, 702-366-1640, and RISE human trafficking 24/7 hotline, 702-936-4004, at several locations throughout the 2025 race circuit.
Since 2023, Signs of HOPE and its Resources and Integration for Survivor Empowerment or RISE human trafficking program has served as the lead human trafficking nonprofit for Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and other large-scale events in Southern Nevada.

This donation will go a long way in helping to provide the necessary resources to meet the demand for services. As the lead human trafficking nonprofit, Signs of HOPE advocates embed in the field with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to provide on-scene crisis response, train event staff and volunteers, and serve as the main point of contact for all resources, support and referrals.

According to Small, the need for services is great in Clark County year-round. In 2024 Signs of HOPE:
· Encountered more than 1,440 human trafficking victims in the field
· Served more than 624 human trafficking survivors, including 128 juveniles
· Staffed over 4,000 hotline calls
· Accompanied more than 470 victims during their forensic sexual assault exam
