LAS VEGAS – Signs of HOPE (Healing, Options, Prevention and Education), a nonprofit dedicated to offering hope, help and healing to those affected by sexual violence and exploitation, is pleased to announce the addition of Sally Baragar to the organization’s board of directors.
Baragar, executive director of consulting services at SimplifyHR, is a 20-year human resources leader specializing in talent development, organizational strategy and employee engagement. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating inclusive and empowering workplace cultures. Baragar is a long-time volunteer with organizations focused on supporting individuals and families affected by abuse and trauma.

Signs of HOPE – Healing, Options, Prevention and Education – is a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering hope, help and healing to those affected by sexual violence and exploitation. The organization was founded in 1974 by Florence McClure and Sandra Petta as the Community Action Against Rape (CAAR) and operated as The Rape Crisis Center from 2004-2021.
