Las Vegas, NV – On June 4, 2026, MACEOO Paris at Aria Las Vegas hosted “Sip n Succeed,” an exclusive networking event that beautifully balanced high fashion with community philanthropy. Organized by KimaniBrooks Consulting, Inc. in partnership with REAL Vegas Magazine, STK Steakhouse, and Dios Azul Tequila, the event celebrated “Magnificent Men and Women Who WOW.”

The evening highlighted Dress for Success Southern Nevada, an organization dedicated to empowering women toward economic independence. Through professional attire and essential development tools, the organization provides critical support for women determining their pathways to career success.

The evening featured an educational guest panel led by Jeff Iverson, Founder of Crossroads Recovery Las Vegas, and Chef Vic Vegas, Owner of Sinful Sub. Moderated by Bonnie Mercado, the discussion revolved around the theme “Entrepreneurship, Personal Branding, Business Growth as we Build a Lasting Legacy while Fostering Philanthropy and Community Collaboration.” Attendees gained valuable insights into the importance of business ethics and community support.
Event guests had the opportunity to engage with Dress for Success through the Little Black Dress membership program and the chance to become founding members of the new Black-Tie Club, aimed at empowering professionals who support the organization’s mission.
