LAS VEGAS — SoulBelly BBQ is excited to announce the opening of its new location at Miracle Eats Food Court inside Miracle Mile Shops today, marking the brand’s expansion onto the iconic Las Vegas Strip.Founded in 2021, SoulBelly BBQ quickly earned a reputation for its expertly crafted smoked meats, vibrant atmosphere, and dedication to bringing people together over great food. The new Miracle Mile Shops location will offer guests a fast-casual dining experience with a menu featuring craveable BBQ favorites and comfort-driven specialties.
Guests can enjoy a curated selection of bold BBQ house specialties and sandwiches including the Texas Cheesesteak—featuring sliced brisket, peppers, onions, and provolone—and hearty favorites like The Boss Hog, made with Carolina-style pulled pork and the Brisket Burnt End Grilled Cheese. The menu is rounded out with classic sides, shareable snacks, and Banana Pudding Style soft serve for dessert, an exclusive addition to the Miracle Eats location.
