Construction of The Fertility Center of Las Vegas is expected to begin fall 2020.

SR Construction is proud to announce that it has been named the general contractor for the design and construction of The Fertility Center of Las Vegas. The facility, which is a part of a 4.46-acre commercial development located at Durango and Hacienda, will consist of the construction of a single-story space totaling 18,540 sq. ft. The Fertility Center of Las Vegas will be inclusive of an ambulatory surgery center, laboratory, and fertility clinic.

The design team, comprised of PGAL Architects, Lochsa Engineering, Wright Engineers, and MSA Engineering, has begun work on the project, and construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of this year. The Fertility Center of Las Vegas will account for 2.91-acres of the 4.46-acre commercial property, with the remaining 1.55 acres available for future retail or office development.
