Leading Las Vegas recruitment firm, Taurean Consulting Group has hired Rachelle Scheel to run its new Finance and Accounting recruitment division. Scheel brings more than seven years of recruiting experience to Taurean. She previously served as a recruitment manager for a large national agency and as a talent acquisition expert for a technology company.
“Rachelle comes with a strong background and the right mix of skills needed for this position. She’s ambitious and shows a strong desire to build this division for us,” said Sonia Petkewich, Taurean Consulting Group’s CEO.

The Finance and Accounting recruitment division will serve the IT industry by filling high-demand positions in areas such as compliance, audit, eDiscovery, and AML (anti-money laundering). In addition, with the new division, Taurean will now be able to serve sectors beyond IT as well.
Scheel is also a professional wrestler, and was inspired by Petkewich’s ability to build a leading recruitment agency so quickly. Taurean opened its doors in 2015. She also enjoys the positive impact her work has on others.
