Before his role at Kidder Mathews, Stoever was at Colliers from 2013 to 2020.

He has led land transactions and driven development across finished lots, paper lots, commercial pads, and large-scale master-planned communities since 1997. He delivers precise project analysis, strategic exit planning, and expert insight into market conditions and land economics, equipping clients to make informed, high-impact decisions.
Stoever has also closed a broad range of investment deals over the past 15 years, including multifamily properties and single-tenant net-leased assets. By aligning investor goals with targeted opportunities in the Reno/Sparks market, Ted consistently delivers strong returns and access to exclusive off-market deals.
