From classic turkey dinners to elevated spins with all the fixings, guests have plenty of options to choose from with special Thanksgiving menus at Charlie Palmer Steak Reno, The Grand Buffet, The Grand Cafe and, for the first time, Chickie’s & Pete’s Crab House.
Charlie Palmer Steak
This Thanksgiving, Charlie Palmer Steak menu will feature an unforgettable three-course dinner for guests. Begin the night with a choice between a maple-roasted delicata squash salad, featuring dried cranberries, feta cheese, candied pecans and drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette, or a roasted butternut squash soup topped with crème fraiche, crispy pancetta and fresh chives.
For the main course, savor an elevated take on the traditional turkey dinner including pommes puree with a savory turkey gravy, Grand Marnier cranberry sauce served with sage cornbread. The main course is perfectly paired with Madeira wine, enhancing the fall flavors. End the night on a sweet note with a slice of pumpkin cheesecake.
Charlie Palmer Steak will serve this Thanksgiving menu on Nov. 23 from 3 to 9 p.m. for $68 per person.
The Grand Buffet
There’s plenty of Thanksgiving tradition at The Grand Buffet. Guests can choose from an array of traditional dishes like herb-roasted turkey or honey-glazed ham with all the fixings. Or load the plate with candied sweet potatoes with marshmallows, green bean casserole and roasted butternut squash plus other Thanksgiving favorites. The dessert station will feature an assortment of sweet treats to end the meal.
The Grand Buffet Thanksgiving special will be served on Nov. 23 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $59 for adults and $28 for children.
The Grand Cafe
Thanksgiving is grand at The Grand Cafe. Guests can enjoy a traditional turkey plate dinner made with a roasted turkey breast with sweet cranberry sauce, green bean casserole and potatoes topped with giblet gravy. End the night with a slice of pumpkin pie à la mode served with a pecan caramel sauce and pumpkin spice latte ice cream for a taste of fall.
The Grand Cafe will serve this Thanksgiving special on Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $32 per person.
Chickie’s & Pete’s Crab House
The newest restaurant in Grand Sierra Resort, Chickie’s & Pete’s first Thanksgiving special plate features thinly sliced turkey breast served alongside house-made cranberry sauce. Accompanying sides include garlic and herbed mashed potatoes topped with brown gravy, green bean casserole, three-cheese baked macaroni and a buttered brioche bun. Complete the night with a slice of delicious pumpkin pie.
Chickie’s & Pete’s will serve this Thanksgiving special on Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $47 per person.
