LAS VEGAS (June 22, 2026) – The Downtown Vegas Alliance (DVA), a member-driven 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization that connects its members and downtown stakeholders to influence growth in the heart of Las Vegas, is pleased to announce the organization’s 2026-2027 board of directors featuring three newly elected members and one new appointment.
New board members include Shahn Douglas, real estate agent; Kitty Heck, owner of Hot Noods Noodle Bar; and Gavin Korte, who works in business development at The Korte Company. All three will serve as members at large beginning July 1, the start of the new term. In addition, Cliff Atkinson, CEO of The Fremont Street Experience, was appointed earlier this year, filling the member-at-large position previously held by the former CEO.
The organization’s officers, who are in the middle of their term, will continue to serve in their respective roles. Joe Woody, licensed partner and chief financial officer of the El Cortez Hotel and Casino, is board chair and Corey Fagan, executive director of the First Friday Foundation, serves as vice chair. Rob Bulmer, senior vice president of commercial banking for Western Alliance Bank, continues as treasurer and Lisa Robinson, senior account executive at The Warren Group, is secretary.

Member-at-Large – B.C. LeDoux, managing partner and chief creative officer at Noble Studios
Member-at-Large – Bill Paredes, senior managing director of commercial banking at Western Alliance Bank
Member-at-Large – Patrick Reilly, shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and immediate past chair of the DVA board
Member-at-Large – Jonathan Ullman, president and CEO of The Mob Museum and past chair of the DVA board
Steering Committee – Jeff Victor, vice president of operations for Circa Resort & Casino, TheD Casino & Hotel, Golden Gate Hotel & Casino and Downtown Las Vegas Events Center

The board of directors is responsible for guiding the mission of the Downtown Vegas Alliance and ensuring that programs and events deliver value to its members and downtown Las Vegas stakeholders while positively impacting the business community.
