LAS VEGAS – The Downtown Vegas Alliance (DVA), a member-driven 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization that connects its members and downtown stakeholders to influence growth in the heart of Las Vegas, is pleased to announce the organization’s 2025-2026 officers and board of directors.
Joe Woody, licensed partner and chief financial officer of the El Cortez Hotel and Casino, was elected board chair and Corey Fagan, executive director of the First Friday Foundation, will serve as vice chair. Rounding out the newly elected board officers are Rob Bulmer, senior vice president of commercial banking for Bank of Nevada, who will serve as treasurer and Lisa Robinson, senior account executive at The Warren Group, who was elected secretary.
New board members include Andres Dominguez, third-generation barber and founder of Speakeasy Barbershop LV, who will serve as membership chair, and Marsha MacEachern Tempesta, director of earned media at BTV Marketing Group, who will serve as engagement chair.
Returning board members are:
Communications chair – Dulcinea Rongavilla, vice president at Cragin & Pike
Operations chair – Bill Paredes, senior managing director of commercial banking at Bank of Nevada
Member-at-Large – Patrick Reilly, shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and immediate past chair of the DVA board
Member-at-Large – Andrew Simon, president and CEO of the Fremont Street Experience
Member-at-Large – Jonathan Alvarez, CEO and co-founder of Protective Force International
Member-at-Large – Jonathan Ullman, president and CEO of The Mob Museum
Member-at-Large – B.C. LeDoux, managing partner and chief creative officer at Noble Studios
Steering Committee – Jeff Victor, vice president of operations for Circa Resort & Casino, TheD Casino & Hotel, Golden Gate Hotel & Casino and Downtown Las Vegas Events Center
Steering Committee – Seth Schorr, CEO, Fifth Street Gaming and chairman of Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino
