The Ferraro Group, a public relations and public affairs firm with offices in Las Vegas, Reno, Carson City, Phoenix, Ariz., and Washington, D.C., announced today that Hannah Reizenstein has joined the firm as a public relations specialist and Jill Hinxman has joined the firm as a public affairs manager.
In her role, Reizenstein will assist with developing and implementing strategic public relations plans, community campaigns, media relations, social media coordination and community outreach on behalf of various clients.
Prior to joining The Ferraro Group, Reizenstein worked as a news producer for Good Morning Reno at KOLO 8 News Now, a local news station in Reno. Her experience in the fast-paced world of broadcasting has honed her ability to think on her feet and deliver compelling narratives to captivate diverse audiences.
As public affairs manager, Hinxman will monitor legislative action for the firm’s diverse clientele both during legislative sessions and in the interim months, streamlining communication between the firm and clients to verify expectations are being met from both sides, and ensuring each client’s interests are recognized within the company and state.
Prior to her new role in the company, Hinxman joined The Ferraro Group leading up to and during the 2023 Legislative Session as an intern, gaining critical experience in the field. The knowledge she gained through that experience has carried through into her day-to-day roles at the firm.
Both Reno natives, Reizenstein and Hinxman provide insight, knowledge and understanding of the northern Nevada market and the unique needs of their community. Reizenstein and Hinxman are graduates of the University of Nevada, Reno.
