The Ferraro Group, a public relations and public affairs firm with offices in Las Vegas, Reno, Carson City, Phoenix and Washington, D.C., announced today that Mckenzie Papa has joined the firm as a public relations account executive in the Las Vegas office.
In her role, Papa will assist with the development and implementation of public relations efforts, media relations, social media, and community outreach campaigns for various clients, including Grand Canyon Development Partners, Jewish Nevada, Nevada Donor Network, Nevada Youth Soccer Association, and Western Elite.
Prior to joining The Ferraro Group, Papa worked as a social media specialist for the Reno Housing Authority, where she gained extensive experience in public affairs and social media management. She also served as the interim public information officer for six months, leading the public affairs department with the sole responsibility of maintaining branding strategies and guiding strategic engagements to align with agency goals.
A Nevadan at her core, Papa was born and raised in Las Vegas. In 2023, she earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno, emphasizing in public relations and strategic communications. It was at the Reynolds School of Journalism where she discovered her immense passion for the field, and how she could make a positive impact through her career.
