LAS VEGAS (November 14, 2025) — Las Vegas is shifting into high gear for race weekend, and The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is rolling out a full-throttle lineup of dining, luxury, and immersive experiences. Known for its iconic sky ceilings, grand fountains and Roman-inspired architecture, the shopping and dining destination will bring adrenaline-fueled energy to visitors with tableside culinary creations, happy hour specials and exclusive luxury activations.
Dining Hits the Track with Daily Tableside Experiences
Guests can savor tableside experiences and happy hour offerings at some of the city’s top restaurants:
- The Palm: De shelled lobster and Carved steak cut tableside. Lobster Bisque poured tableside.
- Water Grill: Spiny lobster finished tableside upon request. Soft Shell crab with red curry finished with sauce tableside.
- True Food Kitchen: Smoked Show Cocktail enveloped in hickory smoke tableside.
- Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab: Dover Sole – debone tableside; 1.5 lb King Crab cut table side.
- Carmine’s NYC: Family style pastas tossed and portioned table side for small groups.
- RPM Italian: Spumoni Torta Meringata with flambe tableside.
- Sushi Roku: Premium A5 Wagyu Ishiyaki cooked on a hot stone tableside.
- Zaytinya Mezze Restaurant: Special and seasonal entrées finished with sauce tableside

- Zaytinya Mezze Restaurant | Mon. – Wed. from 5 – 10 p.m. | Nov. 20 – 22 from 3 – 5 p.m. Mezze menu features hommus, bana ghannouge, tzatziki, fattoush, tabbouleh, Zaytinya fries, falafel, garides me anitho, shish taouk and halloumi pide. Guests can enjoy Mezze Ora wines and cocktails.
- Carmine’s NYC | Mon. – Thurs. | 2 – 4 p.m.
Appetizers include eggplant rollatini, spinach-artichoke dip, fried ravioli, fried calamari, mussels fra diavolo, fried zucchini, garlic bread parm and meatball sliders. Drinks include Virgil’s Ale, chocolate cherry martini, Carmine’s Wallbanger-tini, banana sunrise martini, Southbound Greyhound, frozen cosmo and Carmine’s house wine. - RPM Italian | Mon. – Fri. | 3 – 5 p.m.
Cicchetti offerings include prime beef meatballs, tuna bruschetta and provolone-stuffed peppers. Signature cocktails include Spritz & Giggles and Fall Old Fashioned. Wines by the glass include Pinot Grigio, Fiano de Cilento, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Pinot Noir and Chianti Classico. - True Food Kitchen | Mon. – Fri. | 3 – 6 p.m.
Happy hour specials include $2 off dumplings and Mediterranean hummus, $3 off pizzas, $5 beers and wine, and $3 off cocktails. - The Palm | Sun. – Fri. | 3 – 5:30 p.m.
Menu highlights include Wally’s garlic bread, prosciutto and mozzarella arancini, steakhouse onion rings, oysters on the half shell, clams casino, mini meatballs, steakhouse bacon BLTs, chicken parmigiana sliders, Kung Pao calamari and Italian-herb hand-cut fries. Signature cocktails include The Palm Margarita, Palm Mule, Always in Fashion and Garden-Fresh Lemon Drop. - Café Lola | Nov. 17 – 23 | 6 – 8 p.m.
Café Lola is offering new cocktails for $15 during race week from 6 – 8 p.m.

The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will transform into a race-week playground with high-end experiences:
- Jaeger-LeCoultre: The Adventure Spirit Travelling Collection (Nov. 1–24): Pop-up at the Fountain of the Gods, boutique takeover, themed beverages and exclusive Polaris timepieces.
- BOSS: Debut of the latest collection with Aston Martin DB12 show car, BOSS x Aston Martin merchandise, live DJ and gifts with purchase.
- Guess: Special event featuring a live DJ, delicious beverages, Dual Car Racing, a meet and greet with Lindsay Marie Brewer, and an exclusive gift with purchase of $150 or more while supplies last. The event will take place Saturday, Nov. 22 from 1 – 5 p.m.
