Las Vegas- In light of recent reports of ride share assaults during the holidays, The Problem Solver is stepping up to offer a safe and confidential space for victims to seek help and find solutions. The Problem Solver, a popular podcast founded by David Kohlmeier, a former NYPD police officer and retired Henderson police officer, is dedicated to providing support and resources to those who have experienced assault while using rideshare services.
“With the rise of rideshare services, there has also been an increase in reports of assault and harassment. This has left many victims feeling scared, alone, and unsure of where to turn for help. The Problem Solver aims to fill this gap by offering a confidential platform for victims to share their experiences and receive guidance and support” states Kohlmeier.
The Problem Solver offers a variety of services to assist victims of ride share assaults. This includes confidential one-on-one conversations with trained professionals, as well as access to resources such as legal aid, counseling, and support groups. The Problem Solver also works closely with rideshare companies to advocate for better safety measures and protocols to prevent future incidents.
Kohlmeier stated, “Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for victims of rideshare assaults. We want to empower them to speak out and seek justice, while also offering practical solutions to help them move forward. No one should have to go through this alone, and we are here to offer our support and resources.”
The Problem Solver is committed to making a positive impact and creating a safer environment for rideshare users. He encourages anyone who has experienced assault while using a rideshare service to reach out for help and support. “Together, we can work towards preventing future incidents and providing justice for victims” says Kohlmeier.
