KPS3, a full-service marketing and communications firm, has hired advertising industry veteran, Timothy White, as senior creative director.
In his role, White will lead concepting and execution of creative initiatives that bring clients’ brands to life. He will leverage his depth of experience to meld strategy and big ideas to deliver strong conceptual thinking, compelling storytelling and a keen design eye to brands, campaigns and digital channels.

White brings nearly two decades of multidisciplinary creative expertise, with notable agency experience including positions at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Arnold Worldwide, David & Goliath and creative director roles at Leo Burnett and West BBDO. Prior to KPS3, White was creative lead at Raw Materials, and previously served as the creative lead for UX and brand work at Rivian and Oculus VR at Meta. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno, a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt and a post-graduate diploma from Miami Ad School.
