Titan Brands Hospitality Group announced today that Marko Greisen has been named CEO of the well-established hospitality business. Greisen, a third-generation Las Vegas native, has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a professional background that includes operational leadership and technology-enabled business innovation.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Greisen grew up immersed in the city’s hospitality culture. His family’s multigenerational involvement in the industry shaped his belief that while hospitality is grounded in service, people, and community, it ultimately rewards excellence—and excellence means understanding that the details matter, that consistency matters, and that showing up with intention matters. Over the course of his career, Greisen has been at the forefront of opening some of Las Vegas’ most iconic nightlife and restaurant brands—including The Drink, Ghostbar, N9NE Steakhouse, Rain Nightclub, and the Playboy Club—venues that helped define the city’s nightlife entertainment boom. He later advanced into senior leadership positions, spearheading resort-wide campaigns at properties like Palms Casino Resort to drive brand awareness and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Greisen also brings nearly two decades of experience developing technology solutions for hospitality operations, including founding and selling a hospitality booking platform. As he begins his role as CEO of Titan Brands Hospitality Group, he emphasizes that technology should enhance rather than replace the human elements that define great hospitality. “Technology is only valuable if it helps our teams deliver better service,” Greisen said. “Our goal is to use it to eliminate friction, provide real-time insights, and free our people to focus on what they do best—taking care of guests.”
His immediate focus is clear: stabilize operations, support frontline teams, and establish the systems and metrics that enable smarter, faster decision-making. “Brands aren’t built by executives in offices. They’re built by the people who show up every day and care about the experience they deliver,” Greisen said. “Our goal is to modernize operations without losing what makes these brands special.”
Greisen’s contributions to Las Vegas hospitality and innovation have been widely recognized. He is a recipient of the Key to the City of Las Vegas, and July 29 has been officially designated as “Marko Greisen Day.”
As Titan Brands Hospitality Group enters its next chapter, Greisen’s leadership reflects a return to the fundamentals of hospitality—service, accountability, and human connection—while building a stronger operational foundation for the future.
