
Troy Reierson, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada, Arizona and California Properties, has been named for the second consecutive year to The Real Estate Almanac’s 2026 Swanepoel Power 200, a list of the most powerful and influential leaders shaping the future of residential real estate. The Swanepoel Power 200 ranks executives based on leadership influence, strategic vision, operational scope and industry impact.
Reierson oversees more than 2,700 real estate professionals across Nevada, Southern California and Arizona. Under his leadership, the brokerage has consistently ranked within the top five within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

Since becoming CEO in 2022, Reierson has expanded agent education and support, increased access to flexible learning programs, and led the opening of the company’s first mega office campus in Summerlin. In addition to business achievements, he organizes multi-state Sunshine Kids Foundation charity golf tournaments in Nevada, Arizona and California to raise funds for children battling cancer and their families.
