TSK Architects (TSK) is proud to announce the recent promotions of three exceptional employees, Kevin Kemner, Assoc, AIA, Melanie Bailey, and Kristina White.

Kevin Kemner, Assoc. AIA, has been promoted from design principal to education market leader for TSK’s Reno office. Kemner is a legacy employee at TSK and has been with the company for 28 years serving a crucial role in the firm’s success. In his new position, he will lead programming and conceptual designs for the firm’s education sector. Kemner’s work also entails business development and client relations and his leadership will elevate the firm’s presence in the education market.
Melanie Bailey has been promoted from senior marketing specialist to director of marketing for TSK. In her new position, Bailey will focus on driving profitable and sustainable business growth by working closely with the CMO and department leaders to oversee marketing strategies and efforts. When Bailey isn’t working, she’s often found collecting donations alongside her children, Brandon and Meadow, for SPCA and other animal foundations near and dear to their hearts. Bailey’s experience and expertise in the field has been an asset since joining TSK in 2021.
Kristina White has been promoted from marketing specialist to marketing manager for TSK’s Henderson firm. White has lived in Las Vegas for 18 years and joined TSK in January 2022. In her new role, she will support the firm’s efforts to maintain good relationships with current clients while simultaneously building new ones. White will also oversee and manage the firm’s marketing team, prepare RFQ responses, participate in business development efforts, and coordinate events, both internal and external.
