RENO, Nevada – The University of Nevada, Reno Innevation Center announces the launch of the 2024 Entrepreneur Workshop Series, a quarterly initiative aimed at fostering engagement within the vibrant entrepreneur and startup community in northern Nevada. This free and public series is not only designed to connect with entrepreneurs but also to offer compelling programming tailored to founders and business owners, further solidifying the Innevation Center’s position as the premier entrepreneurial hub in the region. No registration is needed; refreshments will be provided.
The quarterly afternoon seminars, curated by the Innevation Center’s new Marketing Strategist In Residence, Ira M. Gostin, promise an enriching experience for participants.
WHAT: Launch of 2024 Entrepreneur Workshop Series. First seminar: “What People Really Need from Leaders; Building a Culture of Trust, Respect, and Engagement.”
SPEAKER: Kevin Ciccotti, an expert in Human Factor Formula, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this session. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he will provide actionable insights that resonate with leaders at all levels.
In this kickoff session, Ciccotti will delve into the core responsibilities of a leader – providing resources and support for their team’s success. The seminar will challenge conventional leadership wisdom, offering cutting-edge insights and strategies for developing world-class leadership skills. Ciccotti will explore the nuances of building resonant relationships, providing invaluable guidance on getting teams to commit and work together more effectively from the outset.
